Delivery

Four stages,
gated in order

Agile inside each stage; a written gate between them. You may stop after stage two and keep every artefact produced, architecture included — that is a term of the agreement, not a gesture.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Stakeholder interviews, technical audit, risk register and a costed architecture. Ends with a written recommendation you own outright.

1–2 weeks Fixed feeGate: signed architecture
  2. 02

    Prototype

A working thin slice through the riskiest path — not a clickable mockup. This is where the estimate becomes trustworthy.

2–4 weeks Fixed feeGate: demonstrated slice
  3. 03

    Build

Two-week sprints, demo every sprint, trunk-based delivery to a staging environment you can reach at any time.

Sprint cadence Milestone or T&MGate: UAT sign-off
  4. 04

    Operate

Production cutover, observability, on-call runbooks, and either handover to your team or an ongoing managed-service agreement.

    Ongoing SLA-linkedGate: handover accepted

Every engagement, every stage

What lands in your hands

Artefacts you keep whether or not the engagement continues.

After discovery

Costed architecture

A written recommendation, a risk register and an estimate with its assumptions stated — yours outright, usable by another vendor if you choose one.

After prototype

A working slice

Running code through the riskiest path, in your repository, with the findings that changed the estimate written down.

Every sprint

Demo and staging

A recorded demo and a staging environment you can open at any hour without asking us to deploy first.

At handover

Runbooks

On-call procedures, architecture notes and a recorded walkthrough, delivered before the final invoice rather than after it.
